The Texas Education Reform Foundation (TERF) is a not for profit 501c3 corporation established in 2001 by a coalition of the state’s most accomplished business leaders, educators and policymakers. The Foundation’s work is premised on the belief that broad public awareness and understanding of PK-16 education will result in school improvements is critical to helping all students achieve at their highest physical and intellectual capacities. We strengthen Texas’ education system for over 5 million children and youth through communication and education efforts, research and data dissemination and forging partnerships among key education stakeholders.
